Background

In Thailand, organic fertilizer is an essential part of agricultural production. However, the production process of organic fertilizer often faces drying problems. In order to solve this problem, an agricultural enterprise in Thailand contacted our company to introduce a 10t/organic fertilizer dryer and achieved remarkable results.

Process

The products produced by this machine are made of chicken and pig manure as raw materials and do not contain any chemical ingredients. Chickens and pigs can only digest 25% of the nutrients, and the other 75% of the nutrients in the feed are excreted with the feces and dried through drying. After machine drying, the dried product contains nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium, organic matter, amino acids, protein and other ingredients.
