Introduction

Process of Manufacturing Ceramisite
1.The raw materials are crushed, screened and ground to ensure that the particle size of the raw materials meets the requirements.
2. The raw materials and auxiliary materials are mixed evenly; then the mixture is shaped by a granulator or briquetting machine.
3. The shaped particles are dried to remove moisture; then calcined at high temperature in a rotary kiln to expand the particles; the calcined ceramics are cooled.
4.The finished products that meet the specifications are screened out through screening equipment; finally, the finished products are packaged and ready to leave the factory.
